Messages left for Premier Surgical office staff (either by phone or by email) will be checked regularly throughout the day and every effort will be made to respond within a timely manner. For requests requiring an immediate response, please call (864) 227-8932.

All refill requests must be made prior to 3pm Monday-Friday and must contain the following information:

  • Patient name
  • Patient date of birth
  • Best phone number to contact patient/caregiver
  • Medication requested
  • Name & address of pharmacy
  • Whether you need a written prescription (if so, it should be available after 12pm the following business day.)

If you have a question or urgent issue and it is during business hours, please call the main office number at (864) 227-8932 and you will be connected with the most appropriate person. If you have a problem and it is after hours, please call Self Regional Healthcare at (864) 725-4111 and ask to speak with the doctor on call for Premier Surgical Services. For emergencies, please call 911.
